Keivon M. Smith is the visionary founder of Wins & Lessons Foundation. With lived experience, Keivon leads with empathy, resilience, and purpose. His passion for uplifting justice-impacted families fuels every program and initiative.

Jeanine Henderson Arnett brings more than two decades of nonprofit leadership and strategic operations experience. She is dedicated to building systems that empower, engage, and transform communities.
